The White Residence at PIK is a unique architectural project designed to seamlessly unite two families under one roof. This concept merges two distinct houses into a single cohesive structure, connected by an expansive shared living space. The large communal area serves as the heart of the residence, fostering togetherness and interaction between the families while still preserving the privacy of their individual living quarters. To enhance the design, the project incorporates a combination of premium materials, including durable Ironwood (Ulin) decking and rich Teakwood (Jati) finishes. These natural elements add warmth and sophistication, perfectly complementing the residence’s focus on functionality and family-oriented living.
